GRANTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS AND ITALIAN CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD AWARDED BY THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT. CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

The Embassy of Italy in Manila is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) has issued the call for applications for scholarships for foreign students and Italian citizens living abroad (IRE) for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

Scholarships are offered to complete study courses and research/training programs in public or legally recognized Italian educational institutions.

Type of study courses:

  • Master’s Degree (Laurea Magistrale 2° ciclo)
  • Courses of Higher Education in Arts, Music and Dance (AFAM)

Applicants who have attained the age of majority and have not exceed the age of 28 years by the deadline of this call with the sole exception of renewals are eligible to apply.

  • PhD program

Applicants who have attained the age of majority and have not exceed the age of 30 years by the deadline of this call with the sole exception of renewals are eligible to apply.

  • Research projects under academic supervision (Progetti in co-tutela)

 Applicants who have attained the age of majority and have not exceed the age of 40 years by the deadline of this call are eligible to apply.

  • Italian language and culture advanced courses

In order to enroll, applicants must provide a certification regarding their proficiency in Italian language. The minimum level required is A2 within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

 

Notice that for enrollment in courses of study that are conducted in Italian or English, the applicant must provide a certification proving their proficiency in Italian or English, depending on the specific course, at or above level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
