The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) provides an opportunity for foreign schools and universities (public, state, or legally recognized) to submit a request for the purchase and supply (including shipping) of Italian books and teaching material, also in digital format, aimed at supporting the teaching of the Italian language abroad.
Interested foreign schools and universities must submit their request through:
- Form A, ensuring to fill in each field without making any modifications. It is recommended to include the correct ISBN for the successful processing of the request.
- Form A in both PDF format (with the signature of the main representative and the stamp of the requesting institution) and in Excel format.
Please note that requests submitted with forms not corresponding to the required format, partially completed, or not adhering to the provided instructions will be considered non-receivable. Additionally, it is advised to avoid submitting requests for books or audiovisual material that is unavailable, out of stock, or obsolete, prioritizing literary and/or educational material published in the last three years.
