The business visa allows entry into Italy and the Schengen area for a short stay of up to 90 days per 180 days for foreigners who intend to travel for business purposes.
To apply, it is necessary to submit the following completed and signed form and the documents contained in the following checklist, based on the harmonized list agreed upon by the Schengen countries for the Philippines (to see the harmonized list click here).
For letters of invitation from companies in Italy, please use the following template, to be prepared on company letterhead.
In the case of mixed business/tourism trips, for those days when the purpose of the trip is tourism, you will be grateful for wanting to also provide proof of accommodation in the documentation, which is not required for the business part of the trip.
