From 3 to 5 December, the President of SACE, Guglielmo Picchi, paid an official visit to Manila. The mission featured a particularly intensive agenda, including participation in the International Space Forum and a series of high-level institutional meetings.
During the visit, President Picchi met with the Undersecretary for International Finance of the Department of Finance (DOF), Joven Balbosa, and the Undersecretary for Acquisition and Resource Management of the Department of National Defense, Salvador Melchor B. Mison Jr.
The mission also included a meeting with Ramon See Ang, President of San Miguel Corporation. In 2025, SACE and San Miguel Corporation concluded a significant Push Strategy agreement.
