Ambassador Davide Giglio presented his Letters of Credence today in Majuro to President Hilda C. Heine, thereby formally assuming his duties as Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
On the occasion, he reaffirmed Italy’s close attention to the environmental challenges facing the country, as well as its firm commitment to tackling climate change and the excellent bilateral cooperation within the framework of the United Nations Human Rights Council, of which both countries are members.
