The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) offers foreign educational institutions and universities (public, state-run, or legally recognized) the opportunity to submit requests for the purchase and supply (including shipping) of Italian books and teaching materials, including in digital format, in order to support the teaching of Italian abroad.
To submit an application, interested institutions must:
- Fill in Form A, taking care to complete every single field and without making any changes. It is reminded to enter the correct ISBN to ensure the submit of a successful application.
- Send the form in both PDF format (with the signature of the person in charge and the stamp of the requesting institution) and Excel format to manila.culturale@esteri.it
The Ministry will, within the limits of available resources, purchase the requested material and send it by diplomatic courier.
Deadline: applications must be sent by Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to the email address manila.culturale@esteri.it
Please note that requests submitted using forms that do not correspond to the required format, are partially completed, or do not comply with the instructions provided will be considered inadmissible.
Please also avoid requesting books or audiovisual material that are unavailable, out of print, or educationally obsolete, giving preference to books and/or educational material published in the last three years.
