The main objective of the funding is to promote the development of strategic partnerships, cultural and scientific projects between foreign and Italian institutions in the medium and long term.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>WHO CAN APPLY <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Foreign researchers, professors, experts, cultural figures, and cultural operators, as well as Italian citizens residing abroad, invited to spend a period at Italian universities or cultural institutions for study or research purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Italian and foreign researchers, professors, experts, cultural figures, and cultural operators who have been residing in Italy for at least two years, invited to spend a period at foreign universities or cultural institutions for study or research purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONTRIBUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contribution consists of a fixed daily amount:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u20ac250 per day for stays up to 5 days, plus \u20ac50 per day from the 6th to the 10th day, for a maximum amount of \u20ac1,500 per mission.<\/li>\n<li>\u20ac350 per day for stays up to 5 days, plus \u20ac250 per day from the 6th to the 10th day, up to a maximum of \u20ac3,000 per beneficiary, for geographically distant countries where travel costs are higher\u2014such as Asian, African (excluding the MENA region), and American countries, to encourage cooperation with certain strategic countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only the days of actual cultural and\/or research activities will be counted. The contribution is available for all activities taking place between January 1 and November 15, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HOW TO APPLY <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The application must include the following <a href=\"https:\/\/ambmanila.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/All.-Modulo-per-richiedenti.docx\">documents<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Self-certification statement (ATTCHMENT 1)<\/li>\n<li>Letter from the inviting Italian\/foreign university or cultural institution<\/li>\n<li>Letter of acceptance from the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum vitae of the applicant<\/li>\n<li>Copy of a valid identification document<\/li>\n<li>Privacy policy statement signed for acceptance (ATTACHMENT 6)<\/li>\n<li>Form containing the applicant\u2019s personal details and bank details (to be submitted exclusively in <u>Word format<\/u>; other formats will not be accepted) (ATTACHMENT 7)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of stay issued by the host institution<\/li>\n<li>Final report on the activities carried out<\/li>\n<li>Travel documents, such as flight tickets and boarding passes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contributions will be disbursed via bank transfer to the beneficiary\u2019s account upon completion of the mission.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Applications must be submitted no later than <strong><u>July 31, 2025<\/u><\/strong> via email to the Embassy (email: <a href=\"mailto:manila.culturale@esteri.it\">manila.culturale@esteri.it<\/a>) and to the Unit for Coordination of Italian Cultural Institutes (email: <a href=\"mailto:dgdp.unic.cap2619@esteri.it\">dgdp.unic.cap2619@esteri.it<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation provides financial contributions to partially cover travel and accommodation expenses for researchers, professors, experts, cultural figures, and cultural operators, both Italian and foreign, who are formally invited by universities or cultural institutions in Italy and abroad.
