Each listing includes details on square footage, proximity to major infrastructure, and eligibility for special incentives.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the <strong>Investor<\/strong> <strong>Visa for Italy <\/strong>Program is now active. This program allows non-EU citizens to enter and reside in Italy long-term in exchange for investing in the Country, as stipulated by <strong>Law No. 232 of December 11, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The program offers low investment thresholds and no minimum residency requirements.
