It is recommended to include the correct ISBN for the successful processing of the request.<\/li>\n<li>Form A in both <strong>PDF format<\/strong> <strong>(with the signature of the main representative and the stamp of the requesting institution)<\/strong> and in <strong>Excel format<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please note that requests submitted with forms not corresponding to the required format, partially completed, or not adhering to the provided instructions will be considered non-receivable.
