Today, Ambassador Giorgio Guglielmino signed the official handover certificate for the Province of Iloilo on the materials used in the project “Integrated Emergency Intervention in Favor of Population Affected by Typhon Yolanda”. The project concluded last year and was able to support the communities of the Province of Iloilo, Leyte, and Eastern Samar affected by Typhoon Yolanda last November 2013.
